Title: Product Manager, Rounds+
 

Reporting to: Head of Inpatient Products
 

Location/Travel: This position can be based remotely in the US. 
 

Opportunity:

Rounds+ is a core Get Well product used by nurse leaders to improve daily operations, visibility, and care team effectiveness. We are looking for a Product Manager to own and scale this product through its next phase of growth.

This is a 1 to 100 role. You will take a proven product with real customers and expand its value, reach, and impact through deep user understanding and strong product judgment. You will work closely with nurse leaders and translate insights from group research sessions into product improvements that materially change how the product is used and perceived.
 

Responsibilities: 

What You Will Own:

  • Full product ownership of the Rounds+ roadmap and backlog
  • Feature prioritization and solution design in close partnership with engineering
  • Ongoing product discovery through customer interviews, group research sessions, and feedback loops
  • Expansion of Rounds+ to deliver new value for nurse leaders and adjacent user types
  • Measurement of adoption, engagement, and customer value

What Success Looks Like:

  • Nurse leaders see increasing value in Rounds+ and use it more deeply
  • Discovery insights consistently translate into shipped product improvements
  • New features and workflows unlock additional use cases and measurable outcomes
  • The product roadmap is clear, focused, and aligned to customer needs and business goals
  • The broader business views you as the owner of the Rounds+ product and its outcomes

How You Will Work:

  • Spend frequent time with customers and users to understand workflows and pain points
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear product decisions
  • Work closely with engineering to shape solutions and deliver iteratively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on priorities and outcomes


Requirements:

  •  4+ years of product management experience
  •  Strong product discovery skills and comfort engaging directly with users
  • Experience building or scaling workflow driven products
  •  Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to balance discovery, delivery, and prioritization
  • Clear communication and strong cross functional collaboration skills

Base salary is dependent on many factors including, but not limited to education, experience and skills. This range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
