Title: Technical Product Manager

Location: This position can be based remotely. Strong preference for San Francisco Bay area, the Washington, D.C. Area,  Mid-Atlantic, or Northeast US. Get Well’s headquarters are in Bethesda, Maryland.

This Technical Product Manager role will focus on building consumer experiences for patients and clinicians across mobile and web technologies that drive short and long-term growth within domestic and international markets. You’ll collaborate with a team of product managers, designers, engineers, and data scientists to drive data-informed decisions, develop roadmaps, and make strategic product decisions to help millions of patients in some of their most challenging moments of need.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product leadership on strategy and roadmap execution 
  • Own, manage and drive a prioritized product backlog and collaborate daily with our product managers and engineering leads to deliver quality features and products within the expected timeline
  • Execute delivery of key product documentation and components:
    • Detailed user stories with technical and non-technical requirements
    • Detailed Product Requirements Definition (PRD)
    • Product Release Plans
    • KPIs - product SaaS license bookings, SaaS AAR, SaaS AAR Growth rate; gross margin, contribution margin
    • Market share vs SAM; competitive product position
    • Training, implementation, and user guides
    • Product marketing materials and support
  • Liaison with and participate in product sprints with SW/AI development teams
  • Client referenceability with regard to value delivered
  • Releases on schedule with functionality as promised
  • Partner closely with product, engineering and UX to develop detailed and actionable epics and stories
  • Be the voice of the user: collaborate with our clients and users to attain a deep understanding of their needs and wants
  • Evaluate user feedback and improvement areas to identify new feature opportunities that will guide our roadmap
  • Collect internal stakeholder and partner teams’ feedback for feature development and enhancements
  • Monitor and report on users’ reactions and usage post launch
  • Assist with market research and competitive analysis
  • Evaluate market competitors for emerging technical features and technology trends
  • Perform product demos and training
 

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years in a product management role
  • Computer Science or engineering degree, preferred but not required
  • Experience building an end user product
  • Experience with mobile products and analytics/benchmarking/reporting highly preferred
  • Ability to manage self and team to goals and deadlines
  • Experience working with development and UI/UX
  • Experience with lean / agile methodologies
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Adhere to all organizational information security policies and protect all sensitive information including but not limited to ePHI and PHI in accordance with organizational policy and Federal, State, and local regulations
  • Experience building healthcare enterprise platforms
  • Understanding of APIs  
  • AI/ML experience is a plus

Base salary is dependent on many factors including, but not limited to education, experience and skills. This range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
