Summer Intern
Title: Intern
Reporting to: Various Departments such as HR, Marketing, Engineering, and others.
Location: Strong preference for the Washington, DC metro area.
Opportunity:
We’re looking for talented, enthusiastic and committed Interns to join our team for the summer. At Get Well, our Grow With Us Summer Internship is a paid, 8-week structured program where interns will make a lasting impact and contribute to Get Well’s success. Interns will be paired with a Manager within their department to contribute to work that supports organizational goals. Additionally, interns will have the opportunity to meet with leaders across the organization to learn about Get Well’s business and how to be successful in a corporate environment. At the end of the internship experience, interns will present the results of an innovation project to Get Well leaders, their teams, and fellow interns..

Responsibilities:
- Partner with your manager and team leaders to contribute to department tasks, projects and initiatives
- Bring fresh ideas and perspectives to help your team think critically about how processes can be improved
- Participate in weekly meetings with Get Well leaders and other interns across different departments
- Complete an independent research project and present findings to the organization’s executive leadership team
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program
- Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset
- Demonstrated attention to detail, along with strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented, go-getter attitude
- Adhere to all organizational information security policies and protect all sensitive information including but not limited to ePHI and PHI in accordance with organizational policy and Federal, State, and local regulations
Duration and Compensation:
The Internship program will run from June 9 - August 7, 2025. Interns will work 24hr/week, M-Th from 10am - 4pm, with Fridays off, and will be paid between $15-$20/hr based on their role.
